At Growin Goshen, each product is made with care and intention. Please allow us the time needed to prepare your order with the quality you deserve.
Processing Time
Orders are processed throughout the week and generally ship out on Fridays and Saturdays. This allows us to ensure each item is freshly prepared and carefully packaged.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Local Pickup (Optional – remove if not applicable)
If you are local, we may offer pickup options. You will be notified when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Growin Goshen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Growin Goshen is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work to resolve the issue.
